ABOVE is the electronic application. Simply Click the next button and fill out the application and at the end click the submit button. You will need to send your dues via regular mail to the address at the bottom of the application or you can pay through PayPal using our DONATE Button, just place in the PayPal comment section – “For Club Dues”. The application will be sent to the officers electronically for approval. You will also receive a copy of the form in your email for your records.
BELOW is the old way of doing an application. Simply go to the bottom of the visual application and Click the Download Application. It will download in a PDF and you can print it and fill it out and mail it with your membership dues to the address at the bottom of the application. NOTE: You do not have to do both application, (Electronic, PDF) Either one you choose will work for us.
You can click the download application button above to save as a “PDF” file and print it out and mail it in with your membership dues. Or you can just fill out the application electronically at the top of the website, simply click the the Next button and fill out the application and at the end click the Submit button. Don’t forget to mail in your membership dues. Address is listed at the bottom of the page.
For Youth membership without a Household, Adult, Senior or Disabled membership the parent or legal guardian must fill out, sign and return the wavier – consent form. You can download this form by clicking the download button below.
